Then you are expected to prepare no more than 1-3 page(s) concise written response to the questions posed below:

Question:

a. Differentiate between focus groups and other forms of data collection, such as surveys and interviews?

b. Are there advantages to using focus groups over other forms of data collection? If so, what are these?

c. When deciding on the composition of a focus group, should evaluators look for homogeneity or heterogeneity among the participants? Why?
