Section 1: Introduction & Topic Justification

• Introduce KRK as a premium startup at Al Bateen Executive Airport.
• Justification: Explain why AZI is better than AUH/DXB for executives (speed, privacy).
• Routes: Define the first two routes: Abu Dhabi (AZI) to Riyadh (RUH) and Abu Dhabi (AZI) to Jeddah (JED). Explain the business and religious tourism demand for these specific cities.

Section 2: Aircraft Selection (The “Mert” Role)

• Research Task: You must research and recommend the best aircraft type for KRK.
• Criteria: It must be a small aircraft or regional jet (max 25-30 seats). Look into models like the Embraer ERJ 135or Dornier 328JET in executive configurations.
• Interior: Describe how it will be reconfigured for an “all-first-class” experience (similar to Emirates First Class quality).

Section 3: The 5-Year Vision

• Mention that while we start with 2 routes, we will scale to a maximum of 5 destinations by Year 5.
• Clearly state that the goal for the first 24 months is brand building and operational safety, not immediate profit.

Section 4: Combined Weekly Action Plan (Feb 5 April 1)

• Create a table showing what each department ([Al Marhoon], [Mert], [Alusted], [AlShamsi], [Alamoodi]) will do every week.
• The plan must end the week before the “Team File” is due (April 1).
