Deliverables Write a 3-4 page (not including the title and reference pages). APA formatted paper with an introduction and conclusion. APA headings for each section of the paper. At least 5 peer-reviewed references. Step 1: Capstone Project Write a paper identifying the Expected Outcomes, Approach, and Budget for your capstone. Step 2: Consider Expected Outcomes at least 5 What specific questions will your project address? How are these questions related to one another? Approach What will you actually do to address the actionable questions? What will you do to create improved outcomes? BACKGROUND- MY CAPSTONE PROJECT: The goal of this project is to try to improve the mobility and therefore safety of adults with disabilities (physical and cognitive). The adults receive private duty 1-to-1 nursing in their homes and are not acutely sick. They are living their normal lives. This project aims to improve their overall quality of life by a simple intervention. PICOT QUESTION (Must be stated in the introduction paragraph): In adult patients with disabilities that have limited mobility, does a daily 15-minute nurse-led strength exercise program, compared to current practice, increase mobility by 20% over eight weeks? Documents included: -Budget Sheet (for use to include for that section of this paper) -Purpose Paper & Literature Review (previous assignments for clarity on project)
