ABC Solutions is a mid-sized technology company experiencing rapid growth. As the workforce expanded from 80 to 250 employees within two years, management began facing challenges related to employee turnover, inconsistent performance, and unclear workplace policies. The Human Resources (HR) department was tasked with addressing these issues.
HR played a central role by recruiting and onboarding skilled employees aligned with the companys culture and strategic goals. It introduced standardized performance management systems to evaluate and develop employees fairly. HR also implemented training programs to improve technical and leadership skills, helping employees adapt to the companys changing needs.
In addition, HR ensured compliance with labor laws and promoted employee well-being by developing clear policies on conduct, compensation, and benefits. By acting as a bridge between management and employees, HR improved communication, increased engagement, and reduced turnover.
