For this assignment, you will assume the role of a Human Resource Manager for a mid-sized corporation with 200 employees and develop a company HR Policy and Manual. Use this policy and manual to establish how you would minimize the issues posed by the eight laws you chose to explore further. For example, what might be your companys policy when dealing with affirmative action?

The HR Policy and Manual should be clearly organized and include the following:

• write a policy section for each employment and labor law, include the following:
• a brief description of the law
• an analysis of the purpose of the law
• an explanation of how the corporation and employees shall adhere to the applicable laws
• an appropriate employee acknowledgment section
• a conclusion that explains how you would minimize the said issues through the HR policies
