Please review the attached instructions (Part A & Part B) and grading rubric for the final paper. You must answer either Part A OR Part B. Please review the definition of a NATURAL disaster and EPIDEMIC/PANDEMIC before answering the questions. Be mindful that natural disasters and human-instigated disasters are different. I will not give credit if a NATURAL DISASTER is not provided for part A of the final.
