This assignment allows you to create an informative presentation combining all details you provided for the Healthy People 2030 discussion boards throughout this course. You will gain experience in creating virtual presentations using your preferred platform for your delivery method.

Tasks

1. Create an engaging presentation that integrates the necessary components pertinent to your chosen Healthy People 2030 topic:

3. Provide the goal provided for your topic and detailed information that justifies the focus of the objective as a national health priority. This may include:

• Patient outcomes
• Morbidity and mortality rates
• Incidence or prevalence rates
• Any other key information that justifies the national focus

1. Outline some objectives (at least one [1] baseline only and one [1] developmental) and discuss how the objectives positively influence the topic.
2. Articulate evidence-based resources that address the objectives.
3. Apply the nursing process to a patient who would fall into the category of your topic. Provide:

• A plan that aligns with meeting the desired objectives using SMART criteria
• At least two (2) interventions paired with two (2) evaluation methods that could be applied
