Healthcare Initiative

A minimum of five scholarly, peer-reviewed sources external to assigned course readings must be included.

Include speaker notes for each slide. The presentation should have 1015 slides (excluding the title slide and references slide) and includes the following content:

1. Locate and describe a healthcare initiative that has been implemented in your practice setting or community and is designed to improve patient populations or health systems outcomes.
2. What data determined or supported the need for the initiative?
3. What role did clinical judgment play in this initiative, and how was this evident?
4. Describe the DNP nurses role with the interprofessional team during the initiatives development and implementation.
5. How are the principles of social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion evident in the initiative?
6. What were the patient and population health outcomes?
