Healthcare and Human Values: The New York Times assignment

Write a 600-word response to that article and create two discussion questions for the class.

Think of philosophical or ethical decisions you would make in the situations presented in the article. For example, how would you tell a married couple dealing with infertility that they are not able to have children? Another example: how would you deal with a stage IV cancer patient who doesnt have insurance or can pay for their treatment? Think of how you, as an individual, would approach these issues.
