Personas are fictional archetypes that embody the brands values and represent the ideal customers perspective.
Personas are fictional and general representations of a target audience with similar attitudes, objectives, needs, and behaviors.
Personas play a relevant role in the customization of solutions, providing insights that can be used to promote personalized experiences.
Put yourself in your customers shoes through personas. For this assignment you will describe the persona(s) you are using in your design thinking process. Submit a Word document that includes a verbal description of your persona as well as an image/graphic representation of the persona. Also include a graphical representation of the user journey, i.e. the stages of users relationship with the product or service.
