Haematology assessment

Review the most recent guidelines/recommendations on one of the following (1500 words) 1) The laboratory diagnosis of non-immune hereditary red cell membrane disorders (ICSH) 2) The investigation and management of eosinophilia (BSH) 3) Point of care testing in general haematology Your answer should include; 1) An introduction/background and finish with a conclusion 2) Comparison of old and new/current guidelines 3) A critical scientific view backed by recent research articles. 4) In-text citations 5) References (at least 10 references). How to answer it? Students should download the guidelines and write a report including; Read the abstract well and then the rest of the guidelines Were there any previous guidelines on that topic? If yes, so this is the updated version, ask why. What makes them think about updating? You may need to read the previous guidelines! And if no, what are the reasons for doing it? Is there any change in the method/treatment, etc.? How did they conduct their investigations? What methods did they use and why? What are the recommendations, and why? If there is any statistical analysis, you will need to include it and comment on it (critically) Has any work been done in this area (topic) in the last 5 years? If yes, what are your recommendations?
