Project Overview Instructions: Strategic Financial Plan Paper This project will focus on the long-term future of the organization, which is essentially the foundation of any organizations planning process. You may choose an existing organization or create an organization. Paper should address: The executive summary which will be due this week. This is a two page overview of the project. Week five, mission, vision, and operating plan. Week seven, organizational goals and financial plan. Week ten, the entire paper. Values statement Mission statement Operating Plan Organizational Goals Financial Plan Budgeting Summary Paper should be a minimum of 10 pages in length, including 5-7 journal or peer reviewed articles.
