This assignment requires you to choose and analyse two real-world business cases, focusing on the governance, law and ethics problems they present. For the two cases you select, you will need to explain the main issues and discuss how they fit into the bigger picture, both within the original country they happen and internationally. Further to task 1, you will discuss the challenges by examining the specific problems related to governance (the company corporate behaviour), ethics (what was right and/or wrong), and the law (what was right and/or wrong in the eye of law). You also need to look at how the organisations responded to these crises. Then reflect on social responsibility by thinking about what duties these organisations have to society, both now and in the future, especially considering the incidents that occurred. Assignment instructions: For this task, you must produce a Case Analysis and Application Report. You are encouraged to discuss suitability of the chosen case with your module lecturer.
