Assignment Instructions

- Lists the pros and cons of each method, including:
- Specificity and sensitivity
- Interferences (e.g., uric acid, ascorbic acid, hemolysis, lipemia, bilirubin)
- Cost and feasibility for ~100 patients/week
- Automation potential and throughput
- Recommends one method as the best fit for the diabetes clinic.
- Justify your recommendation with scientific evidence.
- Consider patient volume, accuracy, cost, and clinical reliability.
- Cite at least 23 scholarly/credible references (e.g., textbooks, CLSI guidelines, peer-reviewed articles, reputable laboratory references).
