This video is due on February 4 at 5pm on iLearn. In the video, you are to answer a number of questions related to your topic. First, you will start out by describing what your topic is, including with a verbal thesis statement in the format of “In my paper, I will look at this topic”. Following this, you will respond to the question: why did I choose this topic? In this proposal you need to show some familiarity with your topic. So you should discuss the types of sources you will use in your overall paper and discuss the types of topics, debates, controversies, etc. that are present. To that end, you will submit to me a bibliography of five academic sources separately. These five academic sources should be properly cited using a consistent style and must have a working link attached to the citation.
