(1) Should the US develop a national law addressing privacy akin to GDPR in the EU, particularly in the technology space, or continue to address the issues through sector by sector national legislation (e.g, Health Care, Education, etc.), coupled with FTC Act enforcement, and individual state privacy legislation?
