Explain why you believe each feature to be key. 2) Which position or institutions within the Political Regime do you believe to have the most power in practice (as opposed to merely power on paper) in the nation-state to influence or decide what policies the state takes? Why do you believe this person or group holds the most power? Does this power balance help make government policy-making more or less transparent and accountable to its citizens? 3) How are leaders chosen, according to both law and practice? What type of political party or faction system does the country have? Do you believe that there is enough real competition (i.e. the ability and potential to actually gain positions of power in the regime) and real citizen sovereignty for the nation-state to prioritize the interests of its citizens much at all? Remember that each answer to each prompt should aim to be around 250 words or more (750+ words for the post in total is your goal), and that answers should use clear writing and paragraphing as the ability to read and understand your post is part of the grading. I will not be precisely grading the word count, so as long as each answer is over 200 words and your whole post is at least over 650 or so, and as long as you effectively answer the prompts, I will try to give you full credit for word count. Also remember that each answer needs at least one (and preferably multiple) properly APA cited direct and relevant references to the textbook chapter that backs up the claims you are making. The references and the citations are graded elements of your assignment.
