• Define your problem/issue and provide references to further support that this issue is a public health problem being addressed. topic: Effects of Food Additives on American Adult Health Leading to Chronic Health Issues
• Identify a current healthcare initiative that now addresses the problem.
• Describe this initiative and identify at least three (3) interventions that are being used as part of the initiative to help mitigate the problem.
• Provide references to support your findings.
• Identify how the initiative and interventions intersect with the OSU Wellness Model (See Table 1 & 2 in the appendix) and the Interprofessional Collaborative Practice Competency Domains (table 4).
• Three (3) recent (within the past 5 years), peer reviewed journal articles as references supporting your position are required.
