Final Project Management Paper

Prompt: Most projects include plans that provide processes and procedures to be used during the project lifecycle. For the final project, you will produce a comprehensive plan that would focus on a project. The parts of the plan should include:
Project Charter (Using the Charter from the first weeks assignment and any modifications you would want to add)
Address these additional items in the plan:
Communications within the team, including meetings
Risk
Quality
Resource management
Procurement, if any
Finishing the project and closing down operations
Requirements: The plan should provide enough detail to define the specific concerns and promote an efficient and workable solution. The plan should be a minimum of 15 pages in length (double-spaced). For this paper, you do not need citations or references. You may search the Internet for examples of project management plans. Make sure the narrative for the plan is in your own words, however.
