Every set of data can tell many stories. You must analyze the data and select a story from the data. Never project your story onto the data. Focus your work on this case study on one story from the data.
Submit a report of fewer than eight pages. Use level one, two, and three headings as needed. Ensure you have an introduction and conclusion. Ensure you use visualizations (e.g. charts and graphs) to support your analysis. Ensure you properly cite visualizations you do not create.
Requirements
- Use Power BI to build your dashboard and analyze the data.
- Your dashboard must include a minimum of four components (i.e. visualizations and/or tables) that illustrate the story the data is telling.
- Your primary assignment is to build the dashboard and perform data analysis. And, you must write a report as the outcome of your data analysis.
- Include one visualization of your entire dashboard and one visualization for each component in your dashboard. Each visualization should be full width, filling from left margin to right margin.
- The visualizations should enhance the story in your narrative. Include a brief explanation of each visualization. Your explanation should draw the reader’s attention to the significant elements of the visualization that support the story. You should not explain everything in the visualization as if the visualization were not part of your report. The reader will have the visualization, so use the narrative to focus the reader’s attention.
- APA version 7 format for the report.
- Include a cover page and abstract.
