In this activity, you’ll be guided through thinking about YOUR behavior of TV consumption. Soon, in your Team Project, you’ll be researching how people in foreign countries consume TV. To help you understand how others engage with TV, you first need to understand how and why you engage with TV. You’ll be able to refer to this individual assignment as you do you your team project. It will help you know what to look for while doing your team research project. So be sure to be as detailed and as thorough in your analysis here as possible. It’s all about YOU! So enjoy the process!

Answer these prompts for this paper:
- What shows/content do you watch?
- When do you watch them?
- How do you watch?
- Where do you watch?
- What are your viewing preferences, habits, likes and dislikes?
- Are you a cord-cutter, do you have cable, is YouTube your lifeline? Tell us about your favorite platforms, programs, or guilty pleasures – these can be any of the media you watch and consume consistently for any reason.
- Teach us why the content and/or media platforms are important to you and explain their relevance and impact for you. Give at least 2 examples/details.
- What are one or two specific things that dominate your TV/media consumption and experiences (can be the same as above) and explain how they fit in the landscape of the Future of TV as you see it.
- Use at least 2 sources to explain and support your points and viewing analysis (see below for examples and details)

How to write this paper:
- This should be a 2-3 page, self-reflective, analytical paper that adheres to proper writing styles, citations, and structure.
- You should address all of the 8 points above, and feel free to add any other ideas and notes to your story about TV. You can number your responses.
- You may write in first person; you are writing about yourself!
- Use at least TWO proper citations and sources (see below for details on this)

- Your sources can originate from any of our course readings, from academic journals, or from videos or blogs.
- Example: if you self identify as a binge-watcher, find a course reading or two about binging; OR if you’re a cord-cutter, find a citation or source to discuss/define this concept.
