Excel Dashboard for Higher Studies Shortlisting

I need help creating a professional Microsoft Excel Dashboard (interactive and easy to update) to shortlist the top employees for higher studies like the attached picture but more professional.

My dataset columns are:

Employee Name | Employee ID | Hiring Date | Degree | Grade ( 5 out of 5) or (4 out of 4) | Inventions | Volunteering | Certificate

Dashboard goal:

The dashboard should automatically rank employees and identify the top candidates based on a scoring model where Grade is the most important factor (highest weight), followed by Degree, and other supporting factors.

What I need in the dashboard:

  • KPI Cards (Total Employees, Eligible Candidates, Eligibility Rate, With Certificate, Top Score)
  • Top Candidate (#1 Recommended) section with details
  • Charts (Hiring Trend by year, Certificates %, Volunteering %, Top Scores)
  • A ranked table showing Top 15 Candidates with Total Score and status (Recommended / Consider)
  • Fully editable so I can update the Excel data and the dashboard refreshes automatically

Please provide the Excel file/dashboard template with formulas and formatting included.
