Purpose

The purpose of this assignment is to evaluate the ethical challenges and cultural transformations caused by artificial intelligence (AI) in the business sector. Task

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an important part of modern business operations. From automating tasks to improving decision-making processes, AI transforms how businesses function. However, with these advancements come significant ethical challenges that businesses must navigate. At the same time, the growing reliance on AI is reshaping traditional business cultures.

For this assignment, you will write a paper of 35 pages addressing the following topics to demonstrate your understanding of AIs ethical and cultural impact on business operations:

Part 1: Ethical Challenges of AI in the Business Sector

• Analyze the ethical issues that arise in domestic and global business telecommuting environments due to AI, particularly in terms of accountability and transparency.
• Evaluate the legal risks and ethical challenges of using AI in the business environment, considering the complexities of AI-driven decisions and business models.
• Propose policies that will address organizational goals, competitive advantage, and ethical principles within the business sector.

Part 2: Business Models and Workforce Ethics

• Evaluate the impact of AI on business models, such as job sharing and flextime, within the context of AI-driven innovation in the modern workplace.
• Assess the impact of AI on workforce dynamics, including job displacement, and analyze the ethical responsibilities businesses have toward affected employees, with a focus on workforce transitions.

Part 3: Leadership and AI in the Business Environment

• Examine the role of ethical leadership in adapting to AI-driven workplaces and developing AI literacy within leadership teams.
• Analyze the ethical challenges of AI in reshaping workplace culture, collaboration, and business decision-making processes.

Submission

• Your work should address all the prompts provided in the assignment, including company overviews, the impact of geography and religion, cultural and ethical changes, and regulatory challenges.
• The length of your submission should be 3 to 5 double-spaced pages.
