For this weeks assignment, you will research a wellrecognized entrepreneur whom you genuinely admire and create a visual presentation that highlights their journey, achievements, and influence.

Your goal is to showcase not only what this entrepreneur accomplished, but also why they inspire you as a developing business professional.

Assignment Requirements

Select an Entrepreneur

Choose a wellknown entrepreneur who has made a significant impact in their industry. Examples include:

• Daymond John
• Oprah Winfrey
• Steve Jobs
• Mackenzie Scott
• Melissa Butler
• Mark Cuban

(You may choose anyone reputablejust ensure the individual is widely recognized and has reliable sources available.)

Create a Visual Presentation

You may use PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Express, or any preferred presentation tool other than Google products.

Your presentation must include:

Images

• Photos of the entrepreneur
• Images of their products, branding, companies, or notable accomplishments

Inspirational Quotes

Include at least one verified quote from the entrepreneur.
(Example: Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently. Henry Ford)

Entrepreneurial Journey (Detailed)

Explain their path, including:

• Early life and background
• Key challenges or failures
• Major breakthroughs or successes
• Companies founded
• Impact on the industry or world

Educational Background

Share:

• Formal education (high school, college, degrees if applicable)
• Certifications or special training
• Notable mentors or learning experiences

Social Media Summary

Provide an overview of their current online presence:

• Official website
• LinkedIn
• Instagram
• Twitter/X
• YouTube, podcasts, or public interviews

Summarize how they use social platforms to communicate, influence, or build their brand.

Additional Elements (Choose at least ONE)

• Awards or recognitions

• Lessons you personally learned from them

Voice Narration or Video

You must provide either:

• A voicenarrated slideshow, or
• A video presentation where you speak through the material

Narration should be:

• Clear and professional
• 25 minutes in length
• Connected to your slides rather than read wordforword

Post Your Work to This Discussion Board

Upload one of the following:

• A link to your narrated slideshow
• A link to your video
• An attached presentation file with embedded audio

After posting, view your classmates presentations and respond to at least two peers with thoughtful feedback.

Cite Your Sources

At the end of your presentation, include a slide listing:
