In Module 2 we looked at how organizational structure influences nursing leadership in complex health care environments. Building on this previous content, in this major assignment you will apply both the Complexity theory and MagnetTM principles to impact sustained change in complex healthcare environments. Choose a prompt below and in your own words, write a 5-6 paged paper answering the questions provided. Papers must be essay style using APA format, including Title Page and references.
