DISCUSSION OPTION 1- Describe 3 differences between the peripheral nervous system’s autonomic and the somatic divisions.

DISCUSSION OPTION 2 – Describe the purpose of a reflex. Outline the steps one specific reflex.

DISCUSSION BONUS OPTION- What is a somatic exercise? Describe how somatic exercises can affect autonomic functions. Provide 2 specific examples in your response.
