2. Essay must have a clearly stated thesis statement at the end of the introductory paragraph.
3. Underline thesis statement
4. Well developed body paragraphs
5. A strong conclusion
6. Use quotes from text and in-text citations
7. Works cited page
8. MLA format – for the entire paper: Heading, running header, double space, in-text citations, works cited entries.
9. NO RESEARCH ALLOWED.

Late essays accepted with 5-point penalty per day – for one week after due date. No essays accepted after 3/1.

Use of AI, academic dishonesty, or plagiarism will result in a zero.
