You will create a Diversity Factors Plan for a hypothetical project, or a real project from your professional experience if relevant. The project must involve team members from at least three different countries or cultural regions.
Your plan should be written as a professional document that could realistically be presented to organizational leadership or used by project managers to guide their approach to managing diversity.
REQUIRED COMPONENTS
Your 57 page Diversity Factors Plan must include the following sections.
1. Executive Summary (approximately 12 page)
- Brief overview of the project and its international scope
- Summary of key DEI challenges identified
- High-level overview of your recommended approach
2. Project Context (approximately 1 page)
- Description of the project, including purpose, scope, timeline, and deliverables
- Team composition, including countries or regions represented, roles, and work arrangements (virtual, hybrid, in-person)
- Organizational context and any relevant constraints
- You may use a real project with appropriate anonymization or create a realistic scenario
