Companies also use AI for setting performance targets or identifying employees for promotion opportunities, and some in-house systems might guess your plans to quit and warn managers that they should try to make you happy. One of the reasons more hiring managers are using AI is that it helps them save time. Others state it helps combat bias in their decision-making.
