Choose one of the three age groups discussed in this module (infancy, childhood, or adolescence) and identify a disease that individuals in this stage of life are at risk of contracting or developing. I have chosen diarrheal disease/gastrointestinal diseases . Include Social Determininats of Health and life expentance as part of this post

Provide an overview of the disease and discuss at least one evidence-based prevention strategy or practice that has been used. Be sure to identify the specific level of prevention.

• Address developmental and physiological factors unique to that age group that must be taken into account when designing and implementing disease prevention strategies. How do specific health risks for this stage shape public health approaches?
