How do you handle stress? Do you go for a run? Do you go shopping? Do you journal? Do you go to a bar? Or do you face it head on and hope for the best? Watch this video to figure out if Stress is your friend. You will be taking a short quiz on the next page so please feel free to take notes and rewatch. Be on the lookout for new tools and tricks that will assist you in dealing with stress on an everyday basis. For me how i handle stress is by listening to music and also by trying to meditate with yoga and listen to rain and calm music. I pick option A Due Thursday by 11:59p.m.: For the discussion board, choose one of the following activities to complete for this module from Part I, then complete Part II. Part I (Option A) Keep a log of all of your activities for 4- 5 days. Note the things you do from the start of your day to the end of your day. Note whether your time is a commitment (doing your job, going to school, anything involving your main goals), upkeep (eating, sleeping, bathing, cleaning, cooking), or elective (whatever you choose to do). After completing the log, make a separate list of your time wasters for the days noted and a separate list of strategies that may help you get rid of those time wasters and manage your time better. At the end of the timeframe, write a 1/2 page (single spaced) summary on how you managed your time, what can be done to use it more wisely and include any strategies you will use to make this happen. saving time by ame stopping to procrastination with the things that needs to get done at the Part II. Based on what you read in your text and using at least one other resource, magazine or the Internet, write a summary of a strategy or strategies that you can use to help you manage stress. This summary should be at least 350-400 words for your initial post (1/2 page (single spaced)) and should list the additional reference you used. end of the day
