Discussion – Agile Project Management

Many organizations are beginning to transition to an agile project management process to support a more adaptive structure. You may have already experienced the process in your current role.

To understand the benefit of integrating agile project management processes, think about a recent project you led or in which you participated, and respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:

• How was the project structured? Did it follow traditional or agile methods? Were scope and/or technology known upfront?
• How did the project structure support or impede the projects success?
• If you were to repeat the project, what changes would you suggest for the projects organization? Why?
