There are many factors that go into a business being successful. There are just as many factors that cause a business to fail. As a business owner, you need to recognize all the factors to either avoid them or plan for them. Please conduct a SWOT Analysis of your business. You will need to review chapter 6 to find the SWOT Analysis figure 6-3 in your textbook. Under each category you will have a minimum of 5 items. You can post a table, or you may use bullet points under each category, but images and graphics should not be included. If you do research online, you MUST include your search results as references in APA format and embed each reference in your discussion. Also, share how each item will be important in your business (thus your business plan). You will need to address these questions:

1. What does the business do well?
2. What is your competitive advantage?
3. What internal strengths does your business have?
4. What external strengths does your business have?
5. How can the business build on its strengths?
6. What skills and training do you and your staff have?
