Step 1: Organization Selection and Analysis

This improvement/business plan must be completed using the background organization you have analyzed throughout previous assignments. If you have not consistently used the same organization, you must select one organization from your previous assignments to focus on for this plan.

Begin by briefly summarizing key insights about your organization from previous analyses, including:
