Instructions
Using the data analysis framework outlined in the Generic Thematic Analysis resource, do a manual analysis of the data in the Sample Data Set and report the results.
- Identify Patterns of Experience and develop Meaning Units based on your initial read through the Sample Data Set.
- Select excerpts from the data that illustrate and confirm each Meaning unit.
- Group related Meaning Units into Themes.
- Synthesize the Themes into a description of the participants perspective that responds to the research question and sub-question. The research question is: How do women describe their experience shopping online for fashion? The sub-question is: What are the perceptions of women shopping online on the use of visualization applications on fashion websites? When you have completed the assignment, submit it in the assignment area.
