Humanistic Cultural Transformation Plan Video or Narrated Presentation

As the culmination of your team project, you will create a professionally presented Humanistic Cultural Transformation Plan delivered in one of the following formats:

  1. A video presentation (e.g., Zoom, Loom) accompanied by transcripts that include in-text citations and a reference list, or
  2. A narrated PowerPoint presentation with speaker notes that include in-text citations and a reference list in APA format.

Instructions

Your Deliverable Must Include:

Slides 1-2 Problem Diagnosis

  • Analysis of organizational culture challenges to be addressed by your plan
  • Analysis of employee engagement challenges to be addressed by your plan
  • Identification of leadership gaps that impact employee well-being and organizational inclusivity

Slides 3- 7 Culture Transformation Plan

  • Recommendations for inclusive cultural initiatives that address identified cultural transformation needs
  • Proposed inclusive and emotionally intelligent leadership actions to build trust, psychological safety and balance employee well-being with culture transformation goals.
  • Technology integration approaches that enhance rather than replace human-centered values
  • Implementation timeline with clear milestones (goals) and accountability measures (KPIs) and individuals (roles) executing the KPIs

Slides 8-10 Monitoring & Evaluation Plan (Table Format) includes:

  • Monitoring progress – data collection methods and frequency
  • Feedback mechanism for continuous implementation improvement

Deliverables:

  • Team presentation (15-20 minutes) with comprehensive speaker notes or transcript
