In this presentation, students are to choose an organization that they are familiar with or that is of interest to them.
Present to an audience of the organizations leaders. You are to analyze the current state of an organizations identity and culture. From this analysis, evaluate alignment between the organizations identity, the organizations culture, the policies that guide the organization, and the practices that have shaped it. As you research these aspects, identify areas of organizational strengths and areas of misalignment. Clearly present your findings. Students are encouraged to apply course concepts, research additional sources not assigned by the professor, and apply the literature as evidence to support their ideas in this presentation.
Include the following major sections in your presentation:
- introduction;
- analyze the current state of an organizations identity and culture;
evaluate alignment between the organizations identity, culture, policies, and practices; - identify areas of organizational strengths and areas of misalignment. Clearly present your findings.
- conclusion.
Students are to prepare a 12 – 15 (Max) slide presentation. The presentation slide count does not include the title, reference, or appendix slides. Each slide should have brief, key points displayed with images that visually tell the story
Include a minimum of ten (10) quality references; five (5) that come from scholarly sources – included at the end of your presentation. A minimum of 10 references are required to achieve At Standard.
