Critical Analysis Question #7

The critical analysis questions are designed to stimulate thought, clarify concepts, explore course materials in detail, and to examine the course concepts from a new or different perspective. Each Monday, a question will be posted. Students will have until Sunday at 11:59pm of that week to prepare a response to the question. Responses should be no less than 300 words and the essay must be uploaded only in a Word document, not in a PDF file or image. Long quotes, citations, and source references or bibliography do not count towards the minimum word requirement.

• Delivery and consistency following the topic: 0.5 of a point
• Content, accuracy, and logical development of your individual argument: 1.2 points
• Prose quality, style, and grammatical and punctuation: 0.3 of a point

Prompt:

In your own words and ideas, first, explain the notion of world or global order in theory and practice. Second, discuss if and how the new Trump administration represents the beginning of a new world order or the continuation of the 115-year cycle of violence in our history.
