Conflict resolution

Students will explore the various causes of conflict between colleagues and clients. They will define tactics that may be used to de-escalate in each situation. Read Chapter 13: Conflict Resolution Provide an example of a situation where a conflict between colleagues may occur. Describe how you would de-escalate the situation utilizing the information referenced in Chapter 13. Next, describe a situation where there is a conflict between the CHW and a client. Describe what may be the cause of the conflict and how it may be resolved while maintaining the client’s trust and satisfaction with the CHW. Are there any similarities between conflicts that may arise with colleagues vs. clients? What should you keep in mind as a CHW when addressing conflict resolution? This assignment must have at least 500 words in APA format with two scholarly references.
