Reflect on an experience where you were part of a team (either as a leader or a member) that faced significant conflict. Describe the situation briefly.

• Analyze the conflict using one or more theoretical frameworks from the readings. Identify the type of conflict (task, relationship, or process) and discuss the underlying causes.
• Explain the strategies used to resolve the conflict or propose strategies that could have been effective if the conflict was not resolved satisfactorily.
• Your analysis should reflect a deep understanding of the theoretical aspects and demonstrate practical applicability.
