Lesson

The Pomodoro Technique is one of the most effective ways to manage your time when you are studying. This technique is widely used in many applications other than studying because of the powerful results it achieves.

Other Rules for Study

In addition to the above follow the following rules

  • Study no more than three hours at a time using the Pomodoro
  • Take a break of a couple of hours and you can do another three hour session
  • Try to limit you to more than Six (6) hours a day studying.
  • If you must study more than six hours a day, (like when preparing for an exam) consider your performance on the test may be impacted by your brain being tired. You can push this once in a while but you will find often in the days that follow you will not learn effectively and may have difficulty recalling what you learned as your brain is tired.
