Now that you have an approved organization and organizational change to take on, think about the following: What are your objectives for the organizational change? What do you hope to accomplish by instituting the organizational change? Essentially, why are you doing it?
In 500-750 words, do the following:
- Choose four specific objectives for implementing the organizational change (improve employee productivity, create better attitudes towards organization from internal/external stakeholders, etc.)
- For each of the objectives, explain why this change is important for the organization, internal/external stakeholders, and/or the community.
- Explain how you will ensure that each of the objectives can be met in an ethical manner.
