Colon Diverticular disease

In addition to presenting the pathophysiology of colon diverticular disease, the students will be required to research three peer-reviewed journal articles written in the last five years that each address one of the following:

1. a legal/ethical issue pertaining to the assigned treatment disease or condition
2. a pharmalogical intervention for the treatment of the disease of condition
3. a high risk group (age, ethnicity, culture, environment) that is more suceptible to the assigned disease or condition
4. modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors associated with the disease or condition assigned.
