please see attach. purpose of paper is to review my first mental health rotation/clinical with a phmnp preceptor. we saw pt ranging from age of 11-78 yrs old who had various mental issues most common anxiety and depression followed by adhd. Please also add others such as bipolar and schizophrenia. The preceptor I followed diagnosed, medication management and also provided counselling.
