You are a member of a group of supervisors that are creating a supervisor training course for new supervisors and managers. Each member of the group was tasked to create a power point presentation. There are two topics remaining: The Supervisor and the Law and The Manager and HIPAA. Select a topic in one of the two chapters below and submit a Microsoft Power Point presentation (.pdf file) consisting of ten (10) or more slides.

Use a minimum of two sources in your presentation. Be sure to cite your sources.

Your submission MUST contain the slide notes. Please see the announcements on how to print the slide notes to .pdf format. If you need assistant please contact me and we’ll meet using the Big Blue Button.

Topic 1: Chapter 27 – The Supervisor and the Law. (Select any one topic of legislation described in the chapter)

• The National Labor Relations Act
• Wage and Hour Laws
• Equal Employment Opportunity
• Other Pertinent Legislation

Topic 2: Chapter 28 – The Manager and HIPAA

Your presentation MUST contain the following items (be creative and have fun):

1. Healthcare Organization name

2. Color scheme

3. One or more (Photo, Video, Picture)

4. Notes of what you would say if presenting the information on the slide (THIS IS A MUST!!!) (10 points)

5. 10 or more slides plus an introduction, summary, and reference slide
