Instructions

For the case brief, choose a case from the assigned reading in Module: Week that you find most influential and interesting and write a brief. The case brief should include the following:

Must be at least 500 words.

Must follow current Bluebook format, and include the following sections:

Caption with the correct case name and a proper citation

Facts in chronological order

Procedural history in chronological order

Issue combining applicable law, items presented to court, and relevant facts into 1 question

Rule of law stating the legal test that the court applied to resolve the legal issue

Holding providing a brief and accurate summary of the courts ruling

Rationale containing the courts analysis through a concise explanation

See the example attached as well as the instructions – the assigment format is the same as the example but you need to change the words and then provide the Turnitin report that needs to be not greated than 9% and the AI report. These two reports are very important!!!
