Read case papers 1-5 (attached below).

Evaluate and analyze the project cases collectively in terms of a project and project management. Consider and discuss in terms of the 10 PM body of knowledge (PMBOK) areas: scope, schedule, cost, communications, resources, quality, risk, procurement, integration and stakeholders.

1. POST your analysis of the 5 project cases in this Bb / Discussions/ Case Article Set 1. [10pts]

• Did the projects meet scope, on time and on budget?
• What went right on these projects? Why?
