Case Analysis

Purpose:

To demonstrate the understanding of key concepts that have been discussed about the role of leadership in effecting positive change

Structure:

You will submit an assignment that critically reflect upon the following statement:

Research suggests that change has both situational and psychological aspects, and ignoring either will result in a non-sustainable situation, wherein the organization is in a constant cycle of change implementation without achieving desired results.

You are required to:

  1. Use your preferred GenAI tool, to generate a response that agrees with the above statement
  2. Go to the UOW e-library and identify 3 peer-reviewed publications that support the GenAI response
  3. Highlight the sections in the 3 publications that support the GenAI response and explain the relationship
  4. Repeat the same steps to generate a GenAI response against the above statement.
  5. Drawing upon the critical analysis undertaken by completing the above steps develop your argument.

Key Points to Keep in Mind:

  1. The x 2 GenAI responses must be included as Appendices in your submission and NOT included in the total word count for your submission.

  5. Include 6 peer reviewed publications as Appendices
