• Include two external resources (outside the book) to support your recommendations when answering the questions.
• Summarize the Case. A summary is not a restatement of every detail. It should be concise.
• What is the Problem? Explicitly state the problem.
• Answer the questions at the end of the case. Yes or no is not an acceptable answer.
• Do not number your answers or restate the question. Headings are acceptable (e.g., Stages of the Supply Chain).
• A visual diagram for question 1 is not required; however, you must define the stages and address which have value and which do not and why.
• Define the performance cycle (the definition should flow with the rest of the paragraph).
• When answering the min/max performance cycle question, please explain how you arrived at the min/max numbers.
• Use separate paragraphs. The questions should not be answered in one long paragraph.
