Business Project Research Summary

PART 3: RESEARCH SUMMARY

The BUS-206 Project, which is a formal research paper, will provide you with an opportunity to more fully develop the background and implications of a business ethics/legal/regulation issue within the context of the course.

For the third part of the project, you will submit your research summary. At this point, you should have completed the majority of your research. Writing the research summary will confirm whether or not you are ready to begin composing your final project. The challenge in writing a research summary comes from providing a complete understanding of your source while also being concise. A well-written research summary gives your readers the opportunity to quickly and accurately identify the basic content and key themes of your topic.

The research summary should…

• be concise and only discuss what is essential.
• be 300 words or less.
• not include citations or any material that needs to be cited.

General APA Formatting Guidelines:
